Ultimate Desert Challenge
The Ultimate Desert Challenge (UDC) is a high-endurance desert offroading competition that aims to provide a neutral competitive platform for expert offroaders as well as budding offroading talents. The competition was first organised in 2014 by Dune Adventure Sports Club and has thereafter been a regular affair in Bikaner, Rajasthan. Despite being merely 7 editions old, UDC is one of the most-recognised Offroad Motorsport competitions in the country today, attracting a host of seasoned offroaders from all across the country.
The 2022 edition of UDC, nicknamed the Version 8.0, has been created after over a year of dedicated planning and conceptualization.
ULTIMATE DESERT CHALLENGE MOTO 2.0, Not a rally, & neither a motocross. It’s more closer to a desert enduro format with short length high difficulty short stages, consisting of multiple climbs, declines & other sand traps and sand challenges. It’s set to punish all participants with multiple almost non-doable stages & challenges. All that can help you survive and reach to glory is never-say-die attitude & superb preparation to tackle the sand in its worst form.
Rally Car Design Challenge
Rally Car Design Challenge (RCDC) is an engineering vehicle design challenge for budding engineers of the country. This is India’s first challenge in which engineering students share shoulders & race with motorsports professionals.
The target for participants is to design a vehicle in one of the three categories, which is aesthetically & ergonomically sound, fun and durable machine. RCDC aims to train students about how the automobile industry works. Participating teams are required to work and function like an automotive company in which they develop this product & launch it in the market to sell. To ensure the product is up to mark continuous assessments like – sales reports, cost reports, business plans, etc. will be done.
